Now, this post is about feeling good. It's my feel good theory. This is the basic rule of success. Just feel it, save it to your mind and learn it. It's a rule. Actually, success depends upon other peoples' work and other peoples' thinking about you. The main obstacle between you and your success is the co-operation and believe of others.
A manager can't be a manager without the support of junior level executives. I heard somewhere that in past decades people succeed of their own. They are the true winners. But, let me tell you one thing. Now-a-days, its not possible to win alone. Today's rule is very simple. Either a person will support you or he won't and for support you need to do only one thing. Think well about people, feel good about people. If you think well about people, they will support you, they will like you. It's true. Just try it.
Yesterday, I was in a conference with my previous organizations' CTO. He shared some of his experiences with me. He said, feel good factor is good. Top managers looking for the techno-savvy and workaholic guys but if you are good with people then half of your problems are solved.
Be famous. Successful people always have the plan to get famous and popular among employers. I've read somewhere that some great personalities have the written plan too. It's interesting; actually very much interesting. I am telling you all that. Just go through it…
(1) Remember the name of your colleagues. If you don't do that, people can think that you don't have any interest in them.
(2) Be humorous. Don't be boring. Talk like a hilarious and humorous person.
(3) Be cool and calm. It will help you always. Cool and calm mind can do anything. Even in the difficult situation he wont let his papers down.
(4) Don't be outspoken. Always show eagerness to learn. Don't behave like you know all.
(5) Be interesting and mysterious; people will love you.
(6) Don't be egoistic. Just cut it out from your personality.
(7) Be supportive to your subordinates.
(8 ) Start liking people. Its good for you and good for them too.
(9) Always congratulate people for their success and achievements and also support them in the tough time.
(10) Give people the spiritual power and they start liking you.

The Innovators Mantra
Here I am with my new post. This one is about me. In my entire life I did many mistakes. I'd rather say that I've learned a lot from them. I failed everywhere. Schooling, college, job, interviews and love and I tried my best all the time. From my experiences, I learned that in your life every time you say yes to something that is unimportant. If you say no to something, that is important. You can’t say yes all the time. Know yourself; discover yourself. Know your priorities; know your goal and reach for it. You can’t be all things to all people.
I learned to pressurize myself. I've read somewhere that “great achievements often happen when your backs are up against the wall.” Accept challenges. There will always be a new day, a new work, and a new opportunity. You only need to grab it. Pressurize yourself because pressure can enhance your ability and performance. Easy times don’t make anyone better. Easy time make yourself less efficient and slower.
I'd suggest to look forward to take challenges and take risk. Move out from your safe zone. Staying in the safe zone never made anyone bigger. Do the stuff by yourself. Success never came to anyone normal. I'm a technology buff so, I can tell you about the techno people. Look at Sergey Brin, Larry Page, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs & Tim Berners Lee and even Mark Zuckerberg. They are great people. Be innovative, be yourself and believe in yourself. Don’t be diplomatic in your approach. I'd suggest to dominate though.
You can become genius like all of them. It’s very simple. Try to be number one in your domain. Don’t try to make it big in all areas. Focus on the stuff with devotion, you will see the result. Know what you are really great at. Focus on solutions. Problems will always be there; so think about solution. Be a leader. The main motto of a leader is not creating followers but to make more leaders. I'm not saying that any person can do the work of a CEO. I've never said that. But, always be clear about your vision. Good things never happen. You have to create good things. Life is not so easy. Be a visionary and innovative person and take risk. Leave the crowd. The only place you reach if you follow the crowd is the exit door; the blank black exit door. Try to improve things and practice your skills. Practice makes a person stronger. Practice makes anyone perfect and perfection is a good thing.
If you do above mentioned things then people might called you mad or crazy. But remember one thing – every thinker, every visionary person, every great leader was initially laughed at.

Social Media Startups
Now-a-days it’s the start-up season in India. More than 20+ dot com/media firms have started their businesses in India in the past 2 years. Actually, in a country like ours' social media start-ups are quite a good idea because of internet savvy population and loads of people are looking forward to (using) it. As of now, reports shows that user growth in Asia is 450%.
In start-ups you’ve more to say and more to innovate right from the beginning of your job. You’ll be experimenting more and taking risks and it’ll help you in the long run. In start-ups you’ll learn more in six to nine months than you’ll do in your degree or working with already established company because of freedom to innovate. You’ll be more efficient and productive and your best (result) will come naturally.
I’ve no specific idea about social media and market analysis. I’m just a student in the beginning phase. I just did some Google research for couple of hours and now I proudly say that I’m an expert. LOL! Google’s making me dumb.
Actually, I also worked with couple of start-ups so I can tell you that it’s fun to work with start-ups rather than bigger brands and one of the start-up companies I’ve worked in the past is now one of the best online media companies in the India. Don’t just go with the brand. People like me and you build brands. Look at Yahoo, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other great start-ups in the world. They started with very minimal amount and small man power and now they are big. In conclusion, social media is great and changing our lives. Be the part of the change. Cheers!
